Credits are the usage currency for generation tasks (video and image). Cost depends on the model and selected settings, so different requests can consume different amounts. At the moment, credits come from your subscription plan allocation.

For paid plans, subscription credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Unused subscription credits from the previous cycle do not roll over. You can check your current cycle dates in account/subscription settings.

Upgrades are applied immediately after successful payment. Your account switches to the higher plan and your available plan credits are updated right away, so you can continue generating without waiting for the next renewal.

Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. Until that date, you keep your existing plan benefits and limits. The lower plan starts on the next cycle.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation is applied at period end, so your plan remains active until then and no further renewal charge is made after the current cycle.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We currently support card-based checkout (major credit/debit cards), and availability may vary slightly by region and Stripe support.

Not at the moment. You can create an account, explore the product, and upgrade whenever you are ready. If trial access is introduced later, it will be announced in-product and on the pricing page.
